Raw material suppliers are subjected to stringent screening, involving the following steps: raw material entry inspection, electronic eye rejection, online QC inspection, sampling and laboratory testing during patrol inspection, and random inspection for bulk cargo. Jiayue's inspection specifications include: raw material inspection for non-woven fabric softness/fluffiness/uniformity; printing item inspection to ensure absence of defects and odor; finished product inspection covering dimensions, appearance, weight, diaper absorption, reverse osmosis, and packaging for warehousing.
